("Smartick") collects and processes personal data for the performance of statistical studies, as indicated in this Privacy Policy. In particular, Smartick will process the data related to the sex, age group, and education level of the Users participating in the challenge. Likewise, information regarding the IP address of the device may be recorded in our systems.

Carrying out statistical studies on the results obtained in the Maths Challenge
The Website proposes to Users a series of questions of intuitive maths questions, which they must answer to know what their level of knowledge on the subject is. In order to access the questions, it is necessary to provide the following personal data: sex, age group, and education level. Likewise, information regarding the IP address of the device may be recorded in our systems.
Smartick will process the personal data provided by the different users (in particular sex, age group, and level of education) in order to collect statistics on the results of the maths questions, to know the levels of resolution depending on sex, age and level of education.
The data related to the results will never be processed together with the IP of the device in such a way that the data will not identify the Users, but only the data related to sex, age group, and education level will be treated in an aggregated way, for the realization of the aforementioned statistics.
In certain cases, the results of these statistics may be shared with specialized media or the press, but in no case will the data be processed in such a way as to identify Users.
The legal basis for the processing of the above data is protected by the execution of the contractual relationship in those cases in which the challenge is provided to Users with an account registered with Smartick and, for the rest of cases, the legitimate interest of Smartick in collecting statistics to know and identify potential interest groups for the provision of its Services.
